The Sound Embassy
A brand new live music venue in Opitter that needed an agenda, hall rental and a clear point of contact for press and bookings from the moment it opened, without ever having had a website before.
The Sound Embassy opened as a new live music venue in Opitter, combining a concert hall, neighbourhood café and event space under one roof. There was no existing website to build from, everything had to be built from scratch, ready for opening day.
The site is built on Laravel with Livewire, as a full project within Saber Studio. Besides the agenda of concerts, club nights and specials, the site also had to carry hall rental, practical information and a point of contact for press and bookings.
The Sound Embassy is not just a concert hall. Weekly fixtures like happy hour and a games afternoon sit alongside one-off shows and workshops in the same agenda. A search feature lets visitors jump straight to a specific event, and the contact form automatically routes booking, ticket and press enquiries to the right person.
Beyond its own programme, the hall can also be rented out for external events. That hall rental is built into the site, so The Sound Embassy isn't just hosting concerts, it's also offering space to others.
A venue that could show a full programme, rent out its space and route every enquiry to the right person from day one, without ever having a previous site to replace.
Agenda, venue info, practical details and contact were ready before the first show, instead of being built up gradually.
A search feature lets visitors jump straight to an event or page, instead of having to dig through menus.
Alongside the concert agenda, hall rental is built into the site too, so The Sound Embassy can also be booked as an event venue.
