Just one: a functional cookie that remembers which language you last viewed the site in, so you do not have to choose again every time.

What this site does not do
No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics or similar services, no social media embeds quietly following you around. The fonts on this site are self-hosted, not loaded from Google Fonts or another external service, so nothing is collected there either.
Why I do not ask for consent
Cookie law only requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as tracking cookies. The language cookie above is functional and necessary for the site to work properly, so no cookie banner is needed for it.
Removing cookies
You can delete the language cookie at any time through your browser settings. The site keeps working afterwards, I just will not remember your language choice between visits anymore.
